blocker and outside hitter switch
positions. Notice in the back row, the outside
hitter lines up on the left. The middle
blocker is serving so you don't have to worry about overlap.
After the serve the middle moves over to the
middle back area of the court and covers the back court. After the
transition, the front row hitters back up and the setter
has again, three great options for serving.

Receiving the serve is a snap, the middle
blocker and hitter are back to
help pass and the setter is up at the net
preparing to set. The setter again has
an excellent selection of setting options. The middle
blocker and outside hitter are
out of position so this is a great time to run the cross or "X" plays.
Also, the setter has the option to set all
three hitters in the back row for a back row attack.
